CAYMAN ISLANDS EXPORTS FIRST PREMIUM CIGARS TO THE USA!

Cayman Cigar Company, the world's first nonprofit cigar company, is now exporting its premium cigars to the USA.

Bodden Town, January 18, 2021- Granger Haugh, CEO of Cayman Cigar Company announced today that the company will begin exporting its premium cigars to the USA, an historic event for this unique cigar manufacturer and for the Cayman Islands.

An initial shipment of 5000 cigars will soon arrive at Cayman Cigar Company's re-shipping office in Tampa Fl. The Tampa office will fulfill all United States orders, while local and international orders will be managed at the Bodden Town store in Grand Cayman.

Cayman Cigar Company was founded in November 2018 as an extension of the nonprofit Beacon of Hope Cayman Foundation (Beacon Farms) whose vision was to grow premium cigar tobacco, create premium handcrafted cigars and cigarillos and give back to the community.

Like many boutique makers, Cayman Cigar Company is dedicated to preserving the art of hand rolled, top quality cigars made from the world's best hand selected tobaccos, sourced from sustainable farms and responsible, passionate growers. But its mission is unlike any cigar company in the world: To donate 100% of all net profits to charity.

Granger notes "While we make the best cigars in Cayman, we are also growing Cayman tobacco here as well. We have a variety of tobaccos planted at Beacon Farms, and our goal is to soon create the world's first 100% Cayman grown and rolled premium cigar for international export. This will be another first for our company and for Grand Cayman."

Eric Bush, Chief Officer of the Cayman Islands Minist1Y of International Trade, Investment, Aviation and Maritime Affairs ("MITIAMA"), observed:

"MITIAMA is developing a partnership to support Cayman companies that seek to export their 'Made in Cayman' products, such as Cayman Cigars. We will aid in identifying opportunities that enable people around the world to buy and experience unique, high quality goods that are produced in the Cayman Islands. Beacon Farms stands out for its innovative methods and its commitment to helping individuals in the community through its employment and rehabilitation initiatives."

The Bodden Town facility makes six cigar blends in Robusto, Corona and Petite Corona sizes. Cuban trained Torcedoras (Master Rollers) Barbara Garcia and Maria Delvis Hernandez blend and roll whole leaf tobacco using a combination of old-world tradition, and modern practices. Each hand rolled premium cigar is draw tested for quality before the wrapper is applied, which ensures draw quality and consistency.
